The McCloskey extended warranty, administered through MPP Aftermarket, provides an additional 2 years or 3,000 hours of coverage on your machine, up to a maximum of 4 years or 6,000 hours total, whichever comes first.

This crusher and screener warranty extension closes the gap between standard coverage and the long operational lifecycles that aggregate, recycling, and demolition operations demand.

What is the Service Care Package?

The Service Care Package bundles three complementary services into one offering: a 2-year / 3,000-hour extended warranty, a 2-year extension on the 365SiteConnex telematics system, and a 2-day on-site visit from a McCloskey factory service technician. Together they provide extended protection, connected insight and hands-on expertise for your machine.

What warranty coverage do I get?

The warranty extension provides an additional 2 years or 3,000 hours of coverage, for a maximum of 4 years or 6,000 hours total (whichever comes first). After the standard 2-year / 3,000-hour period ends, coverage continues for parts only during the extended term.

How does the 50% no-claim refund work?

If no paid warranty claim is processed during the extended-warranty term, McCloskey returns 50% of the extended-warranty fee as an Aftermarket parts or account credit within 90 days of the term ending. It’s a built-in safety net that rewards trouble-free operation.

Are used equipment eligible?

Yes. McCloskey will consider an extended warranty on used machines with up to 1,500 hours. Eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis and requires a detailed video showing machine hours, general condition and functionality, along with a service report and maintenance history.

What happens during the on-site visit?

A McCloskey factory service technician spends up to 2 days at your preferred location. They assist with commissioning, verify hydraulics and track tension, calibrate sensors and telematics, coach your operators on application-specific best practices, and leave you with a written report and action list.

How do I get the telematics extension?

Once the Service Care Package is confirmed, McCloskey Aftermarket automatically allocates the extended 365SiteConnex subscription to your machine. Telematics hardware must already be installed on the unit (it comes standard on crusher models; for screeners and stackers, it is available as a factory option).
